You’re invited to join an epicurean journey like no other, where passion meets flavor, and diversity takes center stage. In 2025, WINEDOUT cordially invites you to embark on an extraordinary culinary adventure, celebrating the LGBTQ+ and ally community in two iconic destinations. Our WINEDOUT experience will feature cooking demonstrations, artisans/lifestyle vendors, live entertainment, delicious cuisine, and wines galore. With the participation of Chicago’s and Atlanta’s best LGBTQ+ and ally owned restaurants and celebrity chefs, we work on bringing a unique and curated flavor. This vendor experience offers a great opportunity for your brand to engage, support and build a strong and long relationship with this new emerging market.

Chicago: A Culinary Extravaganza in the Heart of the Midwest

As the heartbeat of the Midwest LGBTQ+ cultural scene, Chicago sets the stage for our inaugural event. Picture this: October 5th, 2025, the Bridgeport Art Center Sculpture Garden comes alive with the aroma of mouthwatering cuisine and glasses clinking in celebration. Step into our epicurean haven, where you can Indulge in culinary delights by master chefs and explore our array of lifestyle vendors. But the true star of the show? Chicago’s LGBTQ+ and ally-owned restaurants, come savor bites and delectable desserts. WINEDOUT isn’t just a festival; it’s a celebration of unity, acceptance, and the joy of good food and company. So, mark your calendars and join us for a weekend filled with flavor, laughter, and unforgettable memories.

Atlanta: Where Southern Charm Meets Culinary Excellence

July 6th, in Atlanta, the southern hub of the LGBTQ+ community. Known for its warm hospitality, soulful cuisine, and down-home charm, Atlanta beckons you to Westside Park. Here, we will transform this space into a foodie experience infused with curated flavors. Explore seafood delights, savor soulful bites, and witness the convergence of southern charm and culinary excellence. Our festival aims to bridge the Midwest and southern regions, uniting major LGBTQ+ community hubs in a celebration of diversity.

Fees above are for space only - The vendor is responsible for providing their own setup; this includes; 1. White Tents only are allowed. 2. Table, 3. White Table Linen only 4. Chairs. We can assistant the vendor with a display setup for an additional cost. You can use custom branded setups per our approval.

I agree to maintain a food station & to provide a server at said food station for the time period as stated above. I also agree to have the food station & server in place by 11:00 AM & ready to serve during the entire event. All tables, serving pieces, heating elements, food warmers, refrigeration, etc. are the sole responsibility of the food purveyor/vendor. Power is limited and available to all vendors. Please contact your event manager if you have any questions or concerns regarding power. I agree that I will conform to all county Health Department regulations as may be required for my participation, including, but not limited to, any forms and/or fees as may be required. I further agree that my failure to submit said forms and/or fees in a timely manner may result in my forfeiture of the reservation fee(s) paid to the festival.
